Welcome to the new Gomo Community site!
We're excited to announce that we've updated the Gomo Community at this time! We're hoping to provide a better, more positive experience when trying to find how-tos and general information for Gomo.
Creating an account
If you communicate with our support agents through email, you will have an account automatically created for you in the new Help Center. However, you likely won't have a password set up at this time. To set a password click on the "Sign in"  link in the upper right-hand corner of the Help Center. On the sign-in screen click the "Get a password" link . If you've not communicated with the support staff through email, click the "sign up" link .
How to access your Support tickets
Once you've created your user account you can view tickets that you've submitted or have been cc'd on. To do this click on your name in the top left-hand corner  and then select My Activities .
In your activities area your tickets are under the My Requests section. This area will show you the Subject, Ticket ID, created date, last activity date and status. To view the specific ticket fully click on the subject for that ticket; this will allow you to view the full ticket history.
