Publish to Bridge Follow
Publishing courses from Gomo Authoring to Bridge is a seamless process that allows you to share your e-learning content with learners through Bridge. This guide will walk you through the steps to publish a course from Gomo to Bridge, ensuring a smooth publishing between the two platforms.
Only Account owners in Gomo can see the integration option on the account and Account Admins should create API tokens in Bridge.
Create an API token in Bridge
- Log in to your Bridge account as an administrator.
- Navigate to the "Admin->Account settings section and select "API" from the menus.
- Click on the "Suite tokens" tab.
- Click the "Add Token" button.
- Select a user with Account Admin permissions and give your API token a name.
- Click "Save" to generate the API token.
- Copy the API Token ID and API Token Secret and securely store them in a safe location as you won't be able to copy these later.
Configure Bridge integration in Gomo
- Open Gomo Authoring and navigate to the "Integrations" menu at the top of your page.
- Select Settings and check to see the status is ON for the Integration with Bridge section.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Bridge Instance URL: Enter the URL of your Bridge LMS instance (e.g., https://yourcompany.bridgeapp.com).
- API Token ID: Paste the API Token ID you copied from Bridge
- API Token Secret: Paste the API Token Secret you copied from Bridge. - Save the settings to establish the connection between Gomo and Bridge.
Publish a Course to Bridge
- Open the course you want to publish in Gomo Authoring
- Select the "Publish to Bridge" option from the available publishing destinations
- Choose the desired settings for the course, such as Google Analytics, Definition of course attempt
- Click Publish. Gomo Authoring will now upload the course to Bridge and provide a confirmation message once the process is complete.
Direct publish to Bridge uses the SCORM 2004 3rd Edition standard.
By integrating the two platforms, you can seamlessly deliver your e-learning content to learners.
