The OpenAI integration is offered as a resource to our customers that have their own OpenAI corporate account and not intended to be used with free or public instances of OpenAI.

Until now, content summarization could only be completed by the learning designer.

With Gomo’s new content summarization AI Add-ons, learning designers can use the exciting option of generative AI for any course topic. Simply drag one of the following assets into a content block on the canvas:

• Introduction
• Learning Objectives
• Conclusion

These new assets even include their own title and styling in the ‘labs’ theme options.

To get started:

Step 1

Add the API keys from your OpenAI subscription to the Gomo integrations tab (only the Account Owner can see this).

Step 2

Simply drag any of the Gomo AI Add-ons into a content block, to see how AI automatically generates the text based on the content within the course topic (screen and course options coming soon).

Step 3

It's great news if new content has been added to the course topic. You simply press the ‘Regenerate content’ button in the properties panel, to regenerate the AI response based on the latest topic content!

Styling - Title

Another new feature is the addition of the Title text for each of the Gomo AI Add-ons. Simply select configure within the Add-on properties to see the option. Please note: The title text styling is controlled by your H3 font styling in the theme settings.

Styling - Colour

Gomo has included further styling options within the Global theme settings. Located in the ‘Labs’ section you'll find the options to customise the styling for your Add-ons title, content, background, opacity, border and even the border width!
